The trick is, you can use this free tool (among many others if you search for online video converter) to convert any YouTube video to an MP3 or MP4 audio file really quickly. Because of this tool, this is one of the best Fiverr gigs for speed and ease.

You can then download this image NOT as a PNG but as a JPG which significantly reduces the size without losing too much quality. Once you have this downloaded, you can run this through an image compressor called ImageSmaller which again reduces the size.

I have managed to reduce images from over 1MB to under 100KB before! That is a crazy reduction which significantly sped up my website without losing image quality.
